Straight answers before you buy
What counts as one chart?
One completed chart draft uses one credit. If a chart fails before EDScribe Pro produces usable output, it should not burn a credit.
Which pack should I start with?
If you are trying EDScribe Pro between shifts, start with 50 charts. If you expect regular use, the 200-chart pack is usually the better fit.
Can a group share credits?
Yes. Practice and enterprise arrangements can support pooled credits, facility configuration, and provider administration for ED teams.
Do you work with hospitals, EM groups, or platforms?
Yes. Enterprise conversations can cover custom volume, BAA review, implementation planning, partner API access, and licensing paths.
